About me

Luce is a nick name for Lucy and Knots was added just for fun.  Luce Knots is a name that goes well with all I do.  It encompasses knitting, weaving, sewing and dyeing.  I learned how to knit when I was 7 years old and how to weave and sew when I was 11.  I used my lesson plans from my knitting classes to write a book on beginning knitting using the Continental method. I have this for sale on this site. It is also available on Amazon as an eBook (color) or a print on demand book (black and white).  I love to weave and dye yarn, both seem magical to me.  I try to experiment and increase my knowledge with each new project. It is so much fun!

Location

luce knots hand weaving  on Guanajuato way!

Guanajuato Way is behind the Plaza in downtown Ashland, Oregon along the creek.  We are there on the weekends from mid-March to late fall, depending on weather, as Lithia Artisans Market of Ashland (LAMA).  Come see me, Luce Knots, where I am showing my hand woven garments, accessories, hand dyed yarn, and more. Or on Etsy, linked in 3rd tab above.
